Farewell MJ....

As I browsed the news this morning over the internet, I was shocked to read the news on front page confirming that the sensational pop star, Michael Jackson has passed away yesterday, June 25. He was found not breathing by paramedics who rushed into his home in LA after responding to a call at 12:30pm. He was pronounced dead at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Many fans of MJ crowded outside the hospital. Many are surprised by the sudden announcement. Many of them are crying and in grief for the loss of a gifted star.
In spite of all the criticisms and scandals, the pop star remained to be one of the most popular and sensational icons in world music industry.

I like his song 'Ben', which he sung when he's still a teenager. The song is full of so many meanings and it really touches one's soul as you listen to it. And even up to now I have this song as one of my most favorite in the list.

Truly, MJ has touched the hearts of so many people, of different age and generations. Through his songs, memories of MJ will live forever not only in the hearts of his million fans but also in the world of music and entertainment industry.

Life's Complexities

After experiencing a lot of trials - unexpected events that tested my patience, loyalty, love, and faith; the past few challenging months have made me learned a lot of things. Those which have helped me understand life's very own nature and complexities.

Truly, life is not fair. Even good people experience the worst of life's circumstances.

Being faithful does not also imply life's goodness and joy.

Being strong does not also entailed that one can never be weak.

Yet, despite all these complexities, it occurs to me that this is only the capacity that life could give to us. It’s basically us who need to transform these into meaningful ways that could encourage us to continue life without much regret and fret.

Now, understanding and acceptance of the present is more convincing. And from here, I can go on with courage, in trusting what future holds for me.

He lives...... in our hearts forever

Last time, I asked for prayers that my nephew be saved from his serious ailment...prayers have been constantly pouring in...thank you....

Julian Miguel is now with the CREATOR...he has not survived the infection...after 3 cardiac arrests on the dawn of May 9, the doctor finally gave up.

My sister and his husband were too excited and thankful for their first baby..a gift that was given easily and taken too early....

Yet, the parents have come to accept the fate of their son.. maybe the CREATOR has better plans for them..maybe he doesn't want the child to suffer for long, as well as his parents to live in such misery...

Being her aunt, I was also extremely saddened..I love my sister so much...and I share with her the pain and hurt of losing a child...

Though pain is still there...life must go on for all of us....we should not lose hope...there is still a better tomorrow...God is preparing a better one for all of us..especially for my sister and her husband...have faith!

Here is a poem for Julian Miguel...

You are our precious Miggy...
You have put so much joy in our lives...
Even for a short time of your existence in this world....

You are our precious Miggy...
You are now with the ONE who created you....
No more suffering and pains for you....

You are our precious Miggy...
Our dearest little one....
We love you so much....

Rest now our precious Miggy...
Be in peace with the other angels and saints....
Remember, "You still live...in our hearts forever.."

Please pray for Miggy...

Being a mother myself shares the pain that my little sister is experiencing right now. Her newborn and first baby has been diagnosed with Neonatal Sepsis..Julian Miguel or Miggy is just a week old. My sister had an emergency Ceasarean delivery last April 30 due to early rupture of (? I don't know the exact term).. the baby manifests no signs of complication during the critical hours (24 to 72 hours) where he has been under observation. We all thought he's going to make it through since it's been almost 6 days. Yet, the unexpected thing happened. The pedia called up at 8:30 am of Wednesday to inform my sister and her husband that the baby's condition has worsen.

He manifests difficulty in breathing, his skin is doughy, his platelets number is low, and seemed exhausted... He was diagnosed of the infection in the blood, Neonatal Sepsis, which is a very serious condition...

Right now, he's still fighting for his life, last update, he's pulse rate is low..

The family is in great distress.. We are humbly asking for prayers from everyone we know... please pray for Miggy.. our last hope is for a MIRACLE to happen... that God spare the life of this little one to his parents who love him so much....

Your support through prayers is greatly appreciated.
